Oooooh! John McPhee!!

Irons in the Fire is good, but I love Encounters with the Archdruid! Have you read Annals of the Former World? One of my all time faves!

John McPhee is nothing less than a GOD and, yes, Annals of the Former World is AWESOME (big surprise, being the big ol' GeoGeek I am), but The Curve of Binding Energy had me in stitches with the "Hungarians are Martians" theory!

I haven't read that one--must put it on my list!
